Astronauts are working in a hazardous, anti-gravity environment for up to one year at a time, but their space suits, especially their gloves, are too cumbersome for their intricate work. My goal was to design a solution for astronauts to work more comfortably and efficiently during their missions. Dextris reduces "suiting up" time, provides a customized fit, and enhances dexterity through an integration of unique and advanced technologies and materials.
